If You're Feeling Sleepy When Study, Time To Do Some Exercise.

Do a bit of taichi la...
as an intro & warming up...
(and for the eyes, too)

Follow like this...
to relax ur shoulder & neck muscle la....


Waa..wa..aaa..!!



Move to ur right den to ur left...



Move to ur left den to ur right...



Juz follow la... rotate head. . . bend over . . . . dun get ur head twisted k....


Smack ur forehead harder & harder, like dis....
to prevent from feeling sleepy lor... (actually, just tap the head will do)


den make movement of ur hand & body like dis...
do juz like as if u r feeling happy....


den shake ur legs & body a bit lor.....
do it as if u dun have any problem...


do vigorously as u can... dun bother wat other people say lor....


Imagine - GONE. . . ALL the stress..!!..



turning ur head round & round.... and hips round and round!!


look yurself in de mirror & de same time do some shaking of ur body...pretty/handsome huh..?!!?...


last but not least, dance like a cat...




if you still feeling sleepy...better you go sleep lor...
